Tom Stanoch graduated from the University of Minnesota with an art degree in 2005. Tom has worked as a graphic designer for the University of Minnesota, the Minnesota State Fair and a number of other companies.

Eric Palmer graduated from St. Olaf College with a major in Economics and minors in International Economics and Management in 2004. While pursing his undergraduate degree, Eric headed up the redevelopment of St. Olaf's Student Government Association website and its sister site, 55057.com. As a result of his involvement with school organizations, including the Center for Experiential Learning, Eric received a school-funded Finstad grant to begin his own web development business with Tom Stanoch. To this day, Tom and Eric continue to create custom web page under name of ev3 studios.  Eric has accumulated over 11 years of service in the technology sector.  

More recently, Eric received his Juris Doctor from Universtiy of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota.   Eric currently works in the areas of civil litigation and software and copyright licensing.
